CHARMS Login Instructions
Welcome to the online database system for the MRJH Band. CHARMS will allow you to update personal information at the touch of a button. Remember, Charms is our primary communication tool, so please be sure to keep your info updated so you're not left out of the loop.

To login to YOUR child's personal CHARMS page, please use the following information:

  1. Go to www.charmsoffice.com. Mouse over the green "ENTER/LOGIN" text in the top right corner, then click "Parents/Students/Members".
  2. Enter mountainridgejhb in the "Please Enter Your School Code:" field.
  3. Click the "Enter Charms" button.
  4. Enter your child's Alpine School District issued student ID# in the "Student Area Password" field. If this doesn't work, email Mr. Bateman with your student ID and we'll update your profile so you can edit it.
  5. Click the "Enter" button.

That's it! From here you can update your child's information, etc. After you update any information, make sure you click the SAVE button.

If you have trouble logging in, please email Mr. Bateman and include your student ID#.
